The U.S. avionics manufacturer's G3000 integrated flight deck is gaining traction in the advanced air mobility sector, having now been selected by electric aircraft manufacturers Heart Aerospace and Joby Aviation.

The Spain-based aerostructures group will support Heart in its plans to bring a 19-seat all-electric regional airliner into commercial service in 2026.

United Airlines Ventures is making an unspecified investment in Heart Aerospace's plans to develop a 19-seat electric regional airliner and says that United partner operator Mesa Airlines will add some to its fleet.

The 19-seat all-electric aircraft is intended for use on routes of up to around 250 miles, with service entry projected for 2026.

The Sweden-based start-up has developed its own electric propulsion system for a 19-seat aircraft that will initially operate on routes of up to around 250 miles.
