Canadian manufacturer Limosa has selected Autoflug (Booth B6120) to provide its crashworthy “Flyweight UP” seats for the seven-passenger Limosa LimoConnect eVTOL. Flyweight UP seats are foldable and can be removed easily from the cabin, enabling quick changes to reconfigure aircraft for a variety of missions.

The companies expect delivery of the first aircraft to take place in 2028, and Autoflug CEO Martin Kroell said the seat supplier plans to spool up quickly to 2,000 units annually thereafter.

Autoflug provides a wide variety of aviation-related products including seating; fuel measuring, control, and auxiliary tank systems; harnesses, restraint systems, NBC and anti-G flight suits, and parachutes; and servicing for Martin-Baker ejection seats as well as technical support, documentation, and training. The company employs 250 and is located in Rellingen, Germany.
