TAG Aviation is easing the flight-booking process for its charter clients with a new MY TAG app. The app facilitates the process from initial requests through confirmation of departure and online payment. TAG calls the app “a gateway to truly personalized and dedicated charter travel.” It also provides access to competitive travel offers.

Accessible via a smartphone, the app can be used on-the-go, enabling clients to request a charter flight within a few minutes; receive accurate tailored quotes 24/7; compare quotes and select and validate a chosen flight; access personal information and private documents; share travel tracking information with others; settle payments; and view map tracking.

“It was a natural transition of our business model to go mobile, as more and more travels are transacting business from their phones,” said Florent Series, v-p of sales and marking at TAG Aviation Europe.
