New CBP Facility at Chicago Airport Welcomes First Flight
Indiana's Gary/Chicago International Airport can now handle direct international private aircraft flights through its dedicated customs facility.
This Bombardier Global 6000 was the first international aircraft arrival at the newly-opened general aviation U.S. Customs facility at Chicagoland gateway Gary Chicago International Airport on Oct. 7. On arrival after a direct flight from Denmark, the long range twinjet received an honorary water cannon salute, before being greeted by airport and CBP officials.
