Greenpoint Technologies (Stand P708) is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. Started in 1987 by Jon Buccola and John Broback, the company, which employs more than 300 people, provides VIP interior completions and has more than 40 interior modification deliveries in its history.

When the company began, it represented U.S. completion centers in Latin America. It then evolved and started performing work in-house, including full completions on VIP and head-of-state narrowbody aircraft. Greenpoint entered the widebody market in 2007 and delivered one of the first VIP 747-8 interior completions in 2014. The company also delivered a full VIP 787-8 interior completion in 2016 and a 777-200LR VIP interior to Crystal AirCruises in 2017. Greenpoint plans to deliver five 787 VVIP completions from 2018 to 2020.

“Greenpoint’s 30-year story is a testament to our people, the teamwork we demonstrate, and our customers who trust us to deliver on our promise. It truly takes a partnership with every program to deliver outstanding interior completions on time. I am grateful for our team and their leadership, our many customers over the years, and I personally thank each one of them for their commitment toward Greenpoint’s success,” reflected Buccola, Greenpoint chairman and Zodiac Aerospace Custom Cabin & Integration Division CEO.

Greenpoint Technologies has received more than 20 awards for engineering design, corporate citizenship, and being a “Best Company to Work For” in Washington state and Texas. Additionally, the company was included on two Boeing Silver Eagle Award-winning teams.
