The first Boeing 787 with a custom VVIP interior, known as the âDream Jet,â is on static display at the Dubai Air Show, providing attendees with a view of one of the most sophisticated and luxurious executive airliners in the world. Unveiled last year at EBACE in Geneva, the Dream Jet accommodates 40 passengers and has a range of more than 8,600 nm.
Designed by Pierrejean Design Studio of Paris and completed by U.S.-based Greenpoint Technologies, the interior includes a forward master suite with bedroom, an expansive lounge area and in the rear and a guest cabin with first-class seating. Ensuring passengers arrive refreshed after journeys that may last as long as 16 hours, the composite 787 maintains a 6,500-foot cabin at its 43,000-foot maximum altitude.
âThe Dream Jet is an exquisite aircraft, unlike anything else available on the planet,â said Omar Hosari, co-owner, founder and CEO of UAE-based UAS International Trip Support, which has exclusive charter marketing rights to the Dubai-based Dream Jet. âWe have already begun successful charter flights for the Dream Jet in the past few weeks, and we are confident that this aircraft will continue to surpass the expectations of even the most demanding clients.â
UAS is promoting the aircraft to its Middle Eastern, African and European customer base of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, as well as royal and presidential entourages. In recent months the jet has been on a âDreams Encounter the Worldâ promotional tour that has taken it to Hong Kong, Shanghai, London, Dublin, Seattle, Marrakesh, Doha and Paris.
Chinaâs Deer Jet operates the Dream Jet, and under a strategic partnership concluded last December, UAS provides flight support for Deer Jet's 90 owned and managed aircraft. The Dream Jet âembodies our brand motto of âMaking travel an art,'â said Zhang Peng, Deer Jet chairman and president.
