Duncan Aviation Offers Video Calls To Reach Remote Experts
Customers can have face-to-face conversations with Duncan Aviation experts around the country.

Though Duncan Aviation will have about two dozen representatives on hand to speak with visitors at its booth (C9125) here at the NBAA show, the company anticipates that some attendees will want to speak with one of its more than 1,200 remotely based employees—members of the team with whom customers have developed relationships. Duncan will have videophones in its booth to connect visitors with experts who stayed home.

If you want to talk to a particular expert who isn’t at the show—or if you simply arrive at Duncan’s booth at a time when all of its staffers are busy with other customers, you can use one of the videophones.

The company anticipates high demand for the phones. “ADS-B and connectivity are hot issues again this year,” explained Lori Johnson, Duncan Aviation’s marketing communications manager. “In years past, there has been a line of visitors waiting to speak with our avionics representatives.” Johnson said the phones will allow those visitors “to reach out and get answers faster than waiting, while still having a face-to-face conversation.”
