Amac Aerospace Returns BBJ to Service
One BBJ rolls in for service as another rolls out.
Amac Aerospace recently returned one BBJ to service as another one rolls in.

Amac recently returned a BBJ to an undisclosed head-of-state customer after completing a scheduled maintenance program. The work included a C-check in conjunction with a partial cabin removal at Amac Aerospace’s headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. The company’s Boeing team also performed various cabin modifications.

As that BBJ rolled out, another came in for a maintenance check. That privately owned BBJ will undergo a C-check in conjunction with a satcom upgrade to enhance cabin connectivity. This satcom upgrade will add voice over IP to the existing satcom system. Amac has already installed this system on other aircraft.
