Dassault’s series of regional Falcon maintenance & operations (M&O) seminars will take in nine cities on three continents this year. The events offer Falcon operators an opportunity to talk directly with Dassault specialists, engineering teams, pilots and supplier representatives about any topic relating to their aircraft.

The seminars address both operational and technical issues and are designed to help operators get the most from their Falcon. Topics range from the latest customer service and engineering support initiatives to enhancements in troubleshooting and product reliability. This year’s sessions will include demonstrations of the new online Falcon customer portal, along with presentations of new services and products such as the Falcon 5X large-cabin twinjet, slated to enter service in 2017, and systems enhancements such as FalconSphere and FalconBroadcast.

This year’s regional M&O series locations and dates: Paris (April 1 and 2); São Paulo, Brazil (April 15); Shanghai, China (April 16); Toluca, Mexico (April 29); Dallas (May 1); Mahwah, N.J. (May 6 and 7); West Palm Beach, Fla. (May 13); Chicago (May 15); and San Jose, Calif. (May 20).
