Sikorsky Aerospace Services selected Wappingers Falls, N.Y.-based Associated Aircraft Group (AAG) as its first customer service center for the S-76. AAG will provide comprehensive maintenance management, inspections and spare parts procurement for customers operating the new Sikorsky S-76D.

“AAG is the East Coast’s premier executive helicopter company and the largest services provider for the Sikorsky’s S-76 helicopter platform. We are very pleased that the company has recently been approved as the first service center qualified to support fly-in hangar service for S-76D operators,” said John Johnson, president of Helicopter Support, a Sikorsky Aerospace Services company. The company plans to open customer support centers worldwide.

“We are proud to be the first S-76D authorized service center with full support capabilities for S-76D operators,” said Scott Ashton, AAG president.

The S-76D is the latest in the family of popular S-76 helicopters. The more than 800 S-76 helicopters that have been delivered to the global fleet since 1979 have accumulated more than six million flight hours.
