Moline, Ill.-based Elliott Aviation has promoted Greg Sahr to president from vice president of sales, marketing and business development. In his new role, Sahr will focus on strengthening the company’s brand, enhancing the customer experience, increasing efficiencies, solidifying industry partnerships and developing new business opportunities. Sahr started as an avionics installer at ElectroSonics and progressed through several sales leadership positions at ElectroSonics’ successor companies. Since joining Elliott Aviation in 2011 he has rebuilt and restructured the tech sales and marketing team and increased maintenance, repair and overhaul sales.
