Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support (GCS) announced yesterday that its technical publications and customer support directory are now available in the Apple App Store. The technical publication app, which will allow users to download and manage technical document libraries and receive notifications when updates are released, is available for the iPad and requires the user to register at the company’s website. The GCS directory app features regularly updated contact information and allows users to email customer-service contacts directly worldwide. It is compatible with the iPhone and does not require login credentials.
