StandardAero announced the FAA has re-certified its supplemental type certificate (STC) organization designation authorization (ODA) status. “This is a significant event in two ways,” said Scott Taylor, senior vice president, business aviation. “Not only do we retain our STC ODA authorization, which allows us to deliver considerably shorter STC certification times, dramatically reducing down time for the aircraft operator, but an audit of zero findings is very uncommon and validates the quality of work our ODA team performs.”
