Aviation research and consulting firm Conklin and de Decker last month released the latest version of MxManager, its maintenance management software that permits the maintenance department to build master bulletin lists, assign relevant bulletins to aircraft or individual components and establish limits based upon the frequency of required maintenance. The August release is the second upgrade to MxManager issued this year, with many of the changes and improvements suggested by customers. Conklin and de Decker (Booth No. 3719) said the program is like a personal assistant to the maintenance department. The maintenance management software helps in tracking maintenance, purchasing, inventory, work orders and cost analysis. “Most significantly, MxManager offers the maintenance organization a quick and accurate means of answering important management questions,” according to Conklin and de Decker.
