Houston-based REW Investments has acquired Million Air Interlink, the franchise company that controls 21 privately owned Million Air FBOs. REW president is Roger Woolsey, who owns the Million Air franchise at Houston Hobby Airport. Lou Pepper, who was instrumental in establishing the Million Air franchise network, has assumed the presidency of Dallas-based Executive Air Support (EAS), an investor-backed company founded in 1999 to acquire FBOs. EAS progressively acquired the three Million Air FBOs in Bridgeport and Hartford, Conn., and Farmingdale, N.Y. In a major coup last year, EAS acquired the five-FBO Atlantic Aviation chain. As part of the deal with Woolsey, the three EAS-owned Million Air franchises have become Atlantic Aviation FBOs. Million Air Interlink headquarters, formerly based in Addison, Texas, has moved to Houston.
