RW Martin of Murrieta, Calif., and Total Aircraft Services of Van Nuys have merged, creating the Ikhana Group. RW Martin performs aircraft modification and maintenance work and TAS provides engineering and FAA certification services.

“We are very excited about the combined capabilities of our two companies,” said John Zubin, Ikhana Group president and CEO. “We intend to use TAS’s engineering and certification expertise to enhance RW Martin’s traditional presence in the Twin Otter turboprop market and expand our modification services to include the light jet and midsize jet markets.”

RW Martin and TAS will operate as separate companies for the time being. TAS is exhibiting here in Booth No. 6151. Based in Van Nuys, Ikhana plans to focus on developing “innovative aircraft modifications and advanced airborne technology integration.”
