Barcelona, Spain-based charter operator Executive Airlines is offering new services such as third-party handling, U.S. visa waiver processing and operations to and from London City Airport.

The firm is now offering handling services for third-party operators at Barcelona and Madrid airports. These services will be expanded by the recent purchase of Aeroplanning, a Madrid-based corporate flight planning specialist.

In addition, Executive Airlines has been recognized competent to operate in the U.S. under Part 129 rules. Passengers traveling purely for leisure purposes can therefore benefit from visa waiver permissions instead of entering the lengthy process of obtaining a visa.

Separately, the firm claims to be the only Spanish operator allowed to fly to and from the downtown London City Airport, which has a 5.5-degree steep approach. Its Dassault Falcon 900EX and a Cessna Citation Bravo are approved for these operations and a Bombardier Learjet 45 should join them soon.
