A lawsuit in which former Sino Swearingen president Carl Chen is suing the company for breach of contract and other alleged wrongdoings has been rescheduled to start on June 18, following motions by the aircraft company for continuance from the original January 7 trial date. Chen was fired early last year after serving as president since 2002. Former Sino Swearingen senior v-p of sales and marketing Gene Comfort also sued the SJ30 manufacturer after he was fired.
