B/E Aerospace, which is scheduled to move into its new Miami facilities early next year, recently acquired Denton Jet Interiors, a major supplier of custom upholstery for business jets. The addition of Dallas-based Denton Jet further expands B/E’s presence in the business aircraft seating market with a mid-continent location. It also adds substantially to B/E’s overall capability as a provider of cabin components for aircraft completion and refurb. B/E Aerospace acquired Aircraft Modular Products (AMP), a major aircraft seat provider, in April 1998.
