It seeks views on draft secondary legislation that covers offsetting requirements, following the implementation of CORSIA’s monitoring, reporting, and verification rules in UK law. It also seeks views on options for how CORSIA and the UK emissions trading scheme should apply. Comments are due Feb. 10, 2025.</p>
