Hong Kong is scheduled to start rolling out&nbsp;its Advance Passenger Information System (APIS) program in the third quarter of 2024. To&nbsp;allow time for&nbsp;airlines and general aviation operators&nbsp;to connect to the&nbsp;APIS&nbsp;and to ensure the smooth and orderly running of the system, a transitional period of about&nbsp;12 months will be adopted,&nbsp;during which the application of&nbsp;offenses&nbsp;and&nbsp;penalties from&nbsp;non-compliance with the requirements&nbsp;will be suspended.&nbsp;However, according to business aviation flight planning organization OpsGroup, general aviation operators will have to start using the system on April 1, 2025.
