Nav Canada, the country’s provider of civil air navigation services, will on March 19, 2025, complete its months-long decommissioning of all ATIS telephone voice broadcasts. To continue providing remote access to ATIS, Nav Canada has been upgrading technology to allow the promulgation of ATIS through this link, including ATIS sites that do not currently have phone service. The population of ATIS information on the web page began last year is ongoing and appropriate aeronautical publications are being amended to remove phone number information.
