Southwest Airlines 1380 Engine Failure 4/17/2018 ATC Audio

On April 17, 2018, a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700’s CFM56-7B engine experienced a fan blade failure, causing it to shed shrapnel into a window, killing a passenger.
