Airbus’s New A321XLR Will Be An Intercontinental Narrowbody Airliner

Airbus’s latest A321XLR single-aisle airliner has started its flight test campaign and could be ready to enter service in 2024. It will allow airlines to fly much longer intercontinental routes with a smaller aircraft that will improve operating economics at a time when rising costs are hitting hard. How would you feel about flying in a narrowbody from London to Miami, New York to Rome or Kuala Lumpur to Sydney?
