JSfirm has partnered with the Native American Aviation Association (NAAA) to expand opportunities in aviation for the association's members. The collaboration enables aviation job postings from JSfirm.com to be featured directly on the NAAA website, increasing access to aviation employment.

NAAA provides aviation education programs tailored for Tribal communities. Its approach includes foundational coursework, skills development, hands-on training, and mentorship to help individuals prepare for aviation careers.

“This partnership supports our goal of expanding access to aviation jobs,” said Laurie Elliott, partnership manager at JSfirm. “Through this integration, NAAA members can browse current listings directly through the association’s site.”

Kevin Allis, executive director of NAAA, added, “We are pleased to work with JSfirm.com to connect our members with aviation employment opportunities. Making these listings available on our site is one way we can support individuals pursuing careers in this field.”

This partnership is part of JSfirm’s ongoing efforts to work with aviation organizations and training programs to expand workforce development tools. The company’s Job Distribution Network gives partner associations and their members access to job openings, free job search tools, and company information.

Both organizations say the collaboration is designed to enhance career visibility and provide easier access to aviation-related employment.
