2025 NBAA Leadership Conference Keeps Focus on Professional Growth

The 2025 NBAA Leadership Conference will take place from January 27 to 29 in Amelia Island, Florida. The three-day event will feature presentations by six recognized experts on topics such as communication, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking. The conference theme, “Simplify Your Leadership,” focuses on actionable strategies for professional development.

“NBAA’s Leadership Conference is one of the most important events the association produces in the calendar year,” said Jo Damato, NBAA senior vice president of events and professional engagement. “Past attendees have found the conference to be not just educational, but also a valuable tool in advancing their careers.”

Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and author Charles Duhigg will discuss effective communication in his session, “Supercommunicators: The Science of Conversation and Connection.” Linda Galindo, an author and organizational culture expert, will address accountability with “Everyone Owns the Result: Instilling Accountability from Top to Bottom.” Emotional intelligence coach and author Sylvia Baffour will explore leadership influence in her presentation, “Dare to Care: How Leaders Inspire and Influence with Emotional Intelligence.”

Leadership and performance expert Bill Benjamin will examine workplace culture in “Building a High-Performance, Last 8% Culture.” Workforce demographics specialist and author Bruce Tulgan will discuss generational changes in the workplace during “The Great Generational Shift – The Workforce is Changing, Ready for It?” Motivational speaker and former teacher Craig Zablocki will present on transformative leadership in “Radical Leadership.”
