The Phillips 66 Aerostars precision aerobatic performance team arrived at the Sun ’n‘ Fun International Expo and Fly-In with news: the team is now a brand ambassador for GlobalParts.aero. The company is a certified distributor of aviation spares and has earned ISO AS9120B and ASA-100 accreditation for quality management systems.

The pilots from the Phillips 66 Aerostars are a mix of former military, current flight instructors, airline check airman, and designated pilot examiners. The team members individually fly and own a Piper Cub, a Mooney, a Beechcraft Baron, and Bellanca Champ, focusing on these light aircraft when they aren’t up practicing complex aerobatics in their Extra 300L high-performance machines.

 “We are excited to team up with GlobalParts because of their broad capabilities of parts procurement, overhaul and repair services,” said Phillips 66 Aerostar pilot Paul Hornick.

Sun ’n‘ Fun attendees can snag an autograph or enjoy a chat with the Phillips 66 Aerostar team at the GlobalParts.aero flight line location (MD-10D) on Wednesday, April 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; they can also visit GlobalParts.aero’s indoor location at Booth A063, Hangar A.
