StandardAero Recognized with R-R Awards
StandardAero received two awards for customer service at the Rolls-Royce FIRST Network Recognition Reception.

StandardAero (Booth C6043) received two awards this week at the Rolls-Royce (Booth C1343) First Network Recognition Reception, an annual event at Heli-Expo that recognizes achievements of authorized service centers providing MRO services for M250 helicopter engines.


At the ceremony, StandardAero received awards for customer service for high customer satisfaction metrics and improved processes with a direct effect on customer service. Additionally, it worked on in-house fluoride-ion cleaning capabilities that resulted in reduced turnaround times and improved customer service. This is the ninth year StandardAero has received Rolls-Royce awards relating to customer service.
