Fidelity Flight Simulation (F2SI) of Pittsburgh has delivered the eighth—and final—UH-72A synthetic flight training system (SFTS) to the U.S. Army National Guard stationed at Pinal Airpark in Marana, Arizona. The device simulates the twin-engine Airbus Helicopters UH-72A, a militarized version of the Eurocopter EC145. This delivery completed the initial contract order awarded to F2Si in 2014. The company continues to support the fleet of UH-72Aa SFTS trainers that are fielded across the U.S. Founded in 2000, F2Si—a woman-managed, veteran-owned company—designs, manufactures, and delivers simulation training devices for commercial, military, and educational customers globally.
