Florida Component MRO Completes Expansion
With the added space at its FXE location, Quality Aircraft Accessories is ramping up capabilities to match its flagship Tulsa operation.

Quality Aircraft Accessories (QAA) has completed the expansion of its service location at Florida’s Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, which will allow the Oklahoma-based company to increase its range of support. When QAA acquired Executive Accessories in 2014, its service offerings were limited to overhauling magnetos, noted company president Brett Benton. “The added space allows us to expand the scope of our repair-station capabilities beyond magnetos to mirror the capabilities of our Tulsa, Oklahoma location.”

In addition to servicing magnetos from Bendix/CMI and Champion, the FAA-/EASA-approved facility is now authorized to repair fuel pumps from Weldon and Dukes and is a recommended service facility for Hartzell Engine Technologies turbo system components, with an inventory of engine accessory exchange units available.

The location also offers bench testing for all of those components, to determine faults before customers have to commit to replacing them.
