Aircraft exterior design specialists Scheme Designers (Booth A-017) is again hosting a scavenger hunt around the display area at the Sun ’n’ Fun International Fly-In and Expo this week in Lakeland, Fla. Players are hunting for aircraft with both a Scheme Designers’ livery and decal indicating that the aircraft is part of the game.

The company isn’t revealing how many aircraft are included in the game, but it will post clues on its Facebook page throughout the show. To narrow the field, the competition will be limited to aircraft “within the fence” or on formal display at Sun ’n’ Fun.

To play, show attendees can pick up a scavenger hunt form at the Scheme Designers Booth and then write down the make, model and registration number for each participating display aircraft. One point will be awarded for each aircraft found with the Scheme Designers livery and logo sticker. In addition, a five-point bonus decal sticker is hidden in the booth of a Scheme Designers’ partner located in one of the four exhibit hangars. Completed forms must be returned to the Scheme Designers booth by 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 25.

The grand prize, a custom desktop aircraft model worth more than $500, will be awarded to the contestant with the most points. Full contest rules are available at the Scheme Designers booth.
