A large contingent of leaders from international air forces declared their intention to collaborate on the mitigation of climate change last week during the Global Air and Space Chiefs’ Conference in London, a two-day event that included sessions on hybrid warfare, operational integration, ethics and morals, and other key topics.
The chiefs agreed to share expertise, best practices, and “where appropriate, resources and research capacity.” They pledged to find innovative technologies to increase the capture of carbon dioxide and other harmful greenhouse gases. – C.P.
