Following its $40 million acquisition of Scot Inc.

Following its $40 million acquisition of Scot Inc. last month, Chemring Group says it has positioned itself to create the leading energetics device business in the U.S. Scot manufactures cartridge-actuated and propellant-actuated devices used in military and civil aircraft emergency systems, space launch platforms and missiles. It also designs and manufactures actuators, valves and sequencers, separation nuts and bolts
and aircraft weapon ejector systems.
