Embraer Executive Jets is claiming bragging rights over the fact that its Phenom 300 was identified as a best seller in the annual business aircraft delivery data announced last week by the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA). For the 13th consecutive year, the type was named as the most-delivered light jet, and for the fifth year in succession it was also the most popular twinjet.

The Brazilian airframer delivered 65 Phenom 300s in 2024, and more than 830 of the type have been delivered to operators in 40 countries worldwide since it entered service in late 2009. These aircraft have collectively logged more than 2.5 million flight hours.

The Phenom 300E can carry five people on flights of up to 2,010 nm with NBAA IFR reserves and with a high-speed cruise of 464 knots. Featured on the flight deck is a Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System, an autothrottle, and coupled go-around and emergency descent mode capability.

According to Embraer, it also increased deliveries of its midsize Praetor jets by 34% last year. It claimed that the Praetor 500 model now accounts for 40% market share in that category.
