Aviation hiring competition remains intense

Compared with 2022, the total number of companies advertising positions increased by 19.7 percent, while the number of jobs available climbed by 16.7 percent. Successful companies continue to offer generous relocation and signing bonuses—up to $175,000 for pilots—when advertising open positions.

Meanwhile, job applications increased by 21.2 percent and new members on the site rose by 40.8 percent compared with the year-ago period.

JSFirm is also participating in the NBAA-BACE inaugural career fair on October 18 and 19.
