Since its establishment in 2008, ground support services provider Euro Jet (Booth L98) has grown considerably in both size and the extent of its offerings. The company specializes in providing ground support to aviation operators at various locations via locally-based professionals that can facilitate the meeting of requirements such as fuel provision, catering, flight planning, diversion assistance, landing and overflight permit acquisition, crew lounges, and transportation.

Euro Jet now has more than 200 staff in 30 countries. The company’s heartland is in Eastern Europe and the Baltics, and in April it added a crew lounge, heated hangar, ground-handling equipment, and transportation vehicles at its Prague-Vaclav Havel Airport. The company also has staff located in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan, all of which serve as tech stops for aircraft heading to and from Asia. In addition, Euro Jet has a sizeable presence in Pakistan. Over the last five years, it has developed a local presence in Latin America, primarily through establishing a network of reliable local partners.

Among its services, Euro Jet offers airport databases for emergency landings and operates a diversion management program, with customers including large airlines and military air arms. Another service is a Flight Riding Program, in which a staff member travels on board the flight to offer check-in and ground assistance and in-flight supervision.
