PHI To Launch New Maintenance Support Hotline

PHI MRO Services, the maintenance, repair, and overhaul division of Louisiana-based helicopter operator PHI, plans to launch a new global maintenance support network called “Call PHI,” the company (Booth C3280) announced on Tuesday at HAI’s Heli-Expo in Atlanta. 

“PHI is focused on providing the helicopter industry with affordable maintenance support through Call PHI,” said Tom Neumann, president of PHI MRO Services. “We understand the importance of keeping aircraft operational, and we are committed to helping all operators keep their rotors spinning.”

The new support network, which the company expects to launch in June, will provide helicopter operators 24/7 access to PHI’s maintenance support team for expert diagnostics and resolutions at an affordable rate, according to PHI. If the operator needs additional help, the company can also deploy service technicians directly to the site for hands-on assistance.
