New OEM licenses for CTS800 and PW200 engines have also been added to StandardAero’s MRO portfolio as have parts distribution channels and mobile field services.

Additionally, the deal provided StandardAero with engine repair facilities in Dallas; Broomfield, Colorado; and Portsmouth, UK, providing the company with extra capacity for engine MRO, accessories, and component piece-part repairs. “Our combined team of highly skilled helicopter technicians and experienced aerospace professionals has quickly integrated, and we are completely aligned to raise the standard for helicopter MRO services to better serve our customers around the world,” said StandardAero Helicopters business unit v-p and general manager Peter Wheatley.
