NBAA has brought Sacha Carey on board as v-p of exhibits. Carey steps into the role formerly held by Linda Peters, who retired earlier this year after serving with the association for 28 years.

In her new position, Carey will be responsible for strategic planning and exhibitor relations for NBAA’s array of events, including BACE, the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE), Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, Maintenance Conference, and regional forums.

She joins the association from The Water Environment Federation, where she was senior director of corporate development and industry relations and was responsible for the sales team, budgeting, contract negotiations, and collaboration with marketing. Carey has also handled international programs, membership, and exhibition management for the Food Processing Suppliers Association. As a professional Certified in Exhibition Management, she serves on the Research Council for the Center for Exhibition Industry Research.

“Sacha’s deep knowledge of the conference and exhibition space and strong leadership skills are perfectly attuned to NBAA’s commitment to bringing the business aviation community together again with educational and exciting in-person events,” said Chris Strong, NBAA senior v-p of events.
