JSSI Parts & Leasing Names New Executives
Ben Hockenberg joins JSSI Parts & Leasing as president while Jim Sellers is promoted to chief commercial officer.

JSSI Parts & Leasing has named Ben Hockenberg as president and Jim Sellers as chief commercial officer, the unit of Jet Support Services announced yesterday. JSSI Parts & Leasing supports more than 10,000 aircraft maintenance events each year for JSSI customers, as well as uses JSSI data to offer solutions for aircraft parts and leasing requirements.


“Ben brings a wealth of leadership experience to the company and a process-driven approach to our trading business that will accelerate the growth Jim and his team have achieved over the past six years,” said JSSI president and CEO Neil Book. “In collaboration with Jim’s new role as chief commercial officer, I am confident JSSI Parts & Leasing will become the first stop for operators looking for aircraft parts support.”


Hockenberg previously worked in the aerospace sector as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank, the Pritzker Organization, Venor Capital, and Greenbriar Asset Management. Sellers helped start JSSI Parts & Leasing and has an aviation background in the buying and selling of parts, including at Heico Aerospace's Prime Air, Chase Aerospace, and AAR Corp.


Through a network of MRO parts provider with more than 25,000 stock lines from which to draw, JSSI Parts & Leasing acquires parts for almost every make and model of business jet, turboprop, and helicopter.
