Todd Anderson, previously Sheltair’s senior v-p of real estate and development, has been promoted to chief operating officer (COO). An employee of the Florida-based aviation real estate developer and FBO operator for two decades, Anderson will now oversee Sheltair’s day-to-day operations while continuing to lead its development programs.
A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a bachelor's in aviation business administration, followed by a master's in public administration from the University of Central Florida, Anderson began with the company when it was operating at just four airports with two FBOs under its brand. He was tasked by company founder and CEO Jerry Holland with expanding the Sheltair footprint, which now spans more than four million square feet of aviation-related real estate at 24 airports with 18 FBOs mainly on the U.S. East Coast.
“Todd is rightfully respected throughout our industry as a leader and aviation professional characterized by his strategic thinking and tactical actions,” said Holland. “He possesses the vision to set course into the future without losing focus of the smallest details.”
