Florida-based FBO software provider Essinta Labs has completed the second phase of integration between its recently rebranded FBO Director platform and FlightBridge, the company announced. This latest milestone provides two-way communication of reservation details and status between the two programs and allows operators to see the progress of their reservation in FlightBridge, while the FBO no longer has to enter information separately in the two systems.

“The integration between FBO Director and FlightBridge is another step forward for customer service in general aviation,” said FlightBridge president Dudley King. “Providing greater visibility into the delivery status of concierge and FBO services allows both the FBO and operator to deliver bespoke service and operate more efficiently.”

The newly developed integration is the only two-way, real-time way to exchange reservations entered in either system, including the posting of payments and invoices from FBO Director to be viewed in FlightBridge.

“The continued progress of this integration helps further connect an established system for many FBOs with a simple and easy to use software that helps them run their FBO business,” noted Essinta president John Nelson.
