Cedar Executive Studying Third Aircraft
Middle East Airline subsidiaries Cedar Executive and Cedar Jet Center serve business, government, and banks.

Cedar Executive (Booth 565), the charter subsidiary owned by Lebanese carrier Middle East Airlines (MEA), operates two Embraer Legacy 500s, the latest of which was delivered in January, and it is considering adding another aircraft, according to Randa Kammoun, head of ground operations.

One of the company's Legacy 500s is on display at the MEBAA 2018 static park, and the same aircraft also made an appearance at the Bahrain International Airshow in November.

MEA also runs an FBO at Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport, known as Cedar Jet Center, and at that location, the company also provides MRO services for business aircraft.

“Cedar Executive is the [luxury] operator," Kammoun explained. "In general, we [serve] businessmen and banks, and the government also uses our services." Most of Cedar Executives flights are the European and Gulf-region destinations.
