StandardAero Builds on Global Relationships
StandardAero announced multiple contracts and developments for the company’s international and domestic operations.

StandardAero (Booth 1995) is continuing a rapid expansion of its domestic and international operations with revenues jumping as it continues to add and update contracts. The company reported a year-over-year revenue increase from $2.1 billion to more than $3 billion in 2018 and a global footprint that now reaches 37 locations. StandardAero is also in an aggressive hiring phase and has increased its employee base from 3,500 to 6,000 employees.

Among other agreement announcements, StandardAero renewed a contract with Dumont Group for Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15-D5R engine overhauls that will power Dumont’s Hawker 400XPs in the company’s jets division, continuing a long-running relationship. "We will continue to demonstrate excellence in turn-time, economical solutions, and best-in-class customer service for their JT15D and additional powerplants," said Jason Johnson, executive v-p of sales and marketing for StandardAero’s airline and fleets unit.

The company further highlighted its ongoing relationship with Daher. In 2016, the company was awarded a three-year contract with Daher as the PT6A MRO services provider for TBMs in Europe and is currently in the second year of the agreement. Coverage of the French Ministry of Defense’s TBM 700s is included within the contract managed by Daher under a full operational support agreement.
