MSB Global Resources (Booth 1468) is demonstrating its aerospace industry recruiting capabilities this week at NBAA 2018. The company has developed a customized manpower approach to find, select, and recruit applicable talent amid the ongoing workforce shortage. MSB has previously placed talent at OEMs and suppliers, along with helping to fulfill engineering contract requirements.

“Companies are going to have to get creative in the future as skills shortages in the aerospace industry continue,” said Gemma Dendurent, director of operations for MSB. “We anticipate that the rapid industry expansion will create a gap between enough available experts, and the growing number of roles.”

MSB uses a process wherein potential recruits undergo an intensive interview procedure, skills assessment, and supplemental training as needed. According to the company, its processes enable future employers to gain from a joint leadership approach with MSB’s ability to meet client needs.
