ABS Jets Celebrates Anniversary, Milestone
The Czech company capped off its first decade by handling its 20,000 aircraft in Prague.
ABS Jets' FBO at Prague's Václav Havel Airport celebrated the handling of its 20,000th flight as well as the company's 10th anniversary.

Czech aviation services provider ABS Jets celebrated its 10th anniversary with a major milestone: handling its 20,000th private aviation flight, accomplished by its FBO at Prague Václav Havel Airport. The jubilee flight was a Dassault Falcon 900EX operated by U.S.-based Northwest Steel Fab.

“Since the very beginning, we have been focused on one goal: to provide the services of the highest level of quality and always keep safety as our number-one priority,” said Jan Kralik, the company’s accountable manager. “I believe this, together with a combination of our special individual care, has helped our ground handling services to get where we are now.”

ABS became a licensed handling agent in Prague in 2008 and currently provides 24/7 support for business jets and other civil aircraft, as well as helicopters and medical flights. Its IS-BAH registered facility there includes more than 64,500 sq ft (6,000 sq m) of dedicated hangar space and a crew lounge. In addition to another FBO at Bratislava Airport, ABS’s portfolio includes MRO capabilities, CAMO, an operation control center, jet charter and brokerage, and travel management.
