Aircraft charter membership firm Wheels Up has named Sean McGeough executive vice president of sales, the company announced today. Before his most recent appointment, McGeough served as CEO for Nextant Aerospace and then moved on to vice president of North American sales for supersonic business jet hopeful Aerion Corp. McGeough will focus on leading corporate sales in his new role at Wheels Up.

“In my experience working with flight departments and companies around the globe, they’re always trying to find ways to maximize their budgets while maintaining safety, reliability, and consistency. What attracted me to Wheels Up was the fact that its safety standards are among the highest in the industry,” said McGeough.
