VistaJet Partners on Rockefeller Collection Tour
The tour, with stops in Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles and New York, will culminate in in an auction for charities.

VistaJet has partnered with Christie’s on a global exhibition of artwork from The Collection of Peggy and David Rockefeller. VistaJet is serving as the sponsor for the tour and is offering three packaged “experiences” to its customers interested in the exhibition.

The tour, with stops in Hong Kong, London, Los Angeles and New York, will culminate in what VistaJet said will be “the most significant auction entirely dedicated to raising funds for philanthropic causes.”

“Since I founded the company in 2004, art and philanthropy have always had a significant role, as passions we share with many of our clients,” said VistaJet chairman and founder Thomas Flohr. “Offering curated experiences—in the areas of art and design, hospitality, travel and culture—is a cornerstone of the VistaJet brand, and the sponsorship of such an important collection is a way for VistaJet to support not only the arts, but David and Peggy Rockefeller’s philanthropic endeavors.”

The tour launched last week in Hong Kong and will travel to Christie’s locations in London, Los Angeles and New York. Each stop will reveal new elements of the multi-category collection. The tour will end with an auction of the collection at Christie’s Rockefeller Center Galleries in New York in Spring 2018.

VistaJet has created three experiences for VistaJet and Christie’s clients. The World of Art Experience will enable travel to all four stops via VistaJet's all-Bombardier business jet fleet and include a private tour at each location; a year membership in The Cultivist global arts club; and an offer to transport clients and their art on VistaJet flights “anytime, anywhere” at no additional cost. The Direct Experience includes a complimentary membership to VistaJet Direct, valued at $10,000, for clients traveling with VistaJet to any of the tour locations Finally, The Rockefeller Experience will provide the opportunity for a behind-the-scenes discovery tour of the collection for up to 10 guests traveling with VistaJet on one of its jets to New York; as well as a “multi-taste feast.”
