Jet East Earns Non-destructive Testing Nod for Falcons
The authorization allows it to conduct a wide range of tests on the full line of Falcon aircraft.

Trenton, New Jersey-based MRO provider Jet East has received approval from Dassault to conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on Falcons at its facility and by its mobile repair unit. The company added NDT services to its maintenance portfolio last year, and has already secured permission to perform testing on Cessna Citations and Gulfstreams.

With this latest authorization it is cleared to provide tests such as dye penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current, ultrasound and radiographic testing on the French airframer’s entire product line.

“We are proud to have met the requirements set by Dassault to receive this approval and expand our NDT capabilities to offer support for Falcon aircraft," said Sean Embler, the company’s NDT manager. “Our unique on-site NDT capability will allow us to continue providing seamless service to Falcon customers and help reduce maintenance downtime.”

The company is known for its 24/7 AOG support throughout the Northeastern U.S. It also offers a wide range of Hawker and Cessna Citation parts and accessories at its 2,000-sq-ft parts facility.
