Flexjet Unveils App To Provide Direct Link to Customers
The app is designed for prospective buyers and existing owners, with aircraft information, detailed itineraries and bill statements, among other features.

Flexjet has rolled out its new Flexjet App for iPhone that will enable owners and clients to communicate with the company when booking trips, managing accounts and overseeing travel itineraries.

Prospective buyers can view aircraft photo galleries, aircraft statistics and cabin configurations. Existing owners, meanwhile, can use the app to book trips, order catering, request ground transportation and receive travel notifications. The app will provide specifics of flights, including the detailed itinerary, photos of pilots, flight-time estimates and destination research. Also included are pre-flight information, road directions to the airport FBO and destination weather.

The app further provides access to billing statements and account status updates, along with a tap-to-call feature. Flexjet worked with its owners on the development of the app, including features—such as quick re-books of regular trips—based on feedback.

“Our team has taken the time to design an app that is a true differentiator in the fractional marketplace, meets the personalized needs of our owners, allows us to serve them better with every tap and delivers more value with every interaction,” said Flexjet CEO Michael Silvestro. “We want to keep every avenue open so owners may access an aircraft using their preferred method.”
